Dedicated Machine Tools

Many of the devices built at Barclay Machine fall into the category of Dedicated Machine Tools. Often, a dedicated machine can produce lower cycle times with little or no set up, and more consistent quality than expensive machining or turning centers. In many cases, our equipment is used as a part of a CNC work cell. While some operations are done on the machining center, secondary operations can be done on the dedicated machine using the same operator. The bottom line is that more parts can be produced in less time for less money. Below are just a few examples.
